Cost & Time Saving

By recycling up to 100% of existing pavement and base materials, FDR eliminates up to 100% of hauling and disposal needs.

Stronger, Longer-Lasting Roads

By addressing the root causes of road failure, you get a durable surface that resists frost boils, deep ruts, and shifting—roads that perform reliably for decades, not months.

1.

What is FDR

Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) is an engineered road rehabilitation process that pulverizes the existing pavement along with a portion of the underlying layers - base, sub-base, and subgrade - to create a strong, reusable foundation.
FDR is ideal for repairing deteriorated roads or for enhancing the structural integrity of roads that are still in fair condition. By reusing on-site materials, it reduces the need for new aggregates and minimizes hauling, saving time, cost, and resources while delivering a reliable, long-lasting results.

2.

What is FDR+

FDR+ builds on standard Full-Depth Reclamation by incorporating Hercbase™ slurry as a precision soil stabilizer. This creates a dust-free, engineered, moisture-resistant foundation with improved load distribution.
The result is a stronger, more durable road that supports higher payloads, resists frost and rutting, and delivers consistent, predictable performance—even under challenging conditions.
