engineered slurry

soil stability

1.

what is a slurry?

The Hercbase slurry is a quick, efficient, and dust-free cementitious solution that is designed to transform soil/aggregate particles by thoroughly coating them during the mixing process, which brings them to precise levels of density and moisture.

This results in a robust water-resistant foundation that enhances load distribution, is ready to be driven on within 24 hours (while also continuing to gain strength over time), and can be installed in variable weather conditions like wet & windy days.
2.

how is it installed?

We visit the jobsite to get the lay of the land. The topography and composition of the ground, as well as many other details, are important to understand in order for us to deliver the desired results. After a plan is made, we mobilize.

Then our first step on-site is breaking up the surface to prepare it for a precision injection of the surry, which is mixed by a pulverizer. The cemented soil is compacted to exact engineering standards. A grader blades the compacted earth, and a steel drum roller concludes the process, leaving everything flat and smooth.
3.

what are the benefits?

Hercbase has a variety of advantages depending on the alternative you compare them to.

When compared to traditional concrete, Hercbase is straightforwardly much more economical while still being a strong cementitious product.

When compared to other soil-stabilization alternatives, Hercbase is the only one that combines the following benefits: maximum load capacity, faster construction speed, reduced infiltration, minimal project cost, and minimal ecological footprint.

Got questions?

Construction & industrial tenders

The cumulative impact of solid lots & yards, condensed project timelines, and minimized budget allocation translates to real competitive advantages.

urban & Rural
infrastructure

When expanding and maintaining public infrastructure, it's vital that investments yield maximum return, and timelines stay on-target.

Agriculture &
service providers

In the world of farming, you need to be able to deliver on opportunities as they arise. Don't let soft lots & yards slow you down in any season.
